We take great pride in our personalised gifts. Once an order is placed, we begin the customisation process immediately. As such, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for personalised items unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
